MaLaYsiA TrULy AsiA....PART 3....
I told you guys tat i'm STILL NOT done yet wif uploading my pictures from the recent vacation i took...........So here's PART 3............
A RAY OF LIGHT........knowing my brother....he LOVESSS taking pictures like this.....anyway...this was taken on the way to BATU CAVES.... Dad's friend, Uncle Siva, was thoughtful enough to drive us 5 Miles from KL city center to Batu Cave....& boy!! it was worth the trip...u'll know in awhile why i said tat.....

After a 5 miles drive from the city center........we've finally arrived @ BATU CAVES.........now ain't tat a STUNNING statue... that's statue of the Hindu god, LORD MURUGAN.............this is infact the world's LARGEST EVER STATUE.....and yes pple........part of it is made in gold....not all of it.....but like a certain % of it is pure GOLD!!!!!!!

My family and i @ Batu Caves......i was a lil upset tat i cld't walk all the way up the stairs (*232 steps..i think...i know it's more than 220 steps...*) to the temple in the Cave itself......due to my leg problems...but my dad has gone all the way up...but tat was like years ago....
They even have a temple at the foot of the stairs....it actually towards the left of the pic...but u can't see it lah..........i cldn't step into tat place either coz i was having my darn period!!! u see indians can't go to the temple when u're u know...having ya period...it's considered not "clean".... wat a bummer..........however my mother went to the temple to do a prayers for my family...so i guess tat's good enff........

Tat's the 200-odd something stairs tat u have to walk up to inorder in actually go into the caves itself...as there's a temple there........ask any hindu and they'll tell u how powerful and amazing it is to be there.... i was lucky enff to even see it from where i was standing man!!!!!!

Since i cldn't go to the temple...uncle siva suggested tat we see the Art Gallery tat's literally IN THE CAVE....... now tat's me...a lil reluctant to step into the gallery...... the caves look really scary pple.........but the once inside the cave....man!!! the place was like as if it's air conditioned!!! very cooling........

After spending several hours @ BATU CAVES...it was time for some FOOD 4 the SOUL!!!!! LOL... Uncle Siva brought us to a really cool Thai restaurant...it was located in a place where KL's expatriates hung out...i tell u...the whole area looked just like Holland Village man!!!

After a yummylious meal...we were off to yet another hotspot in KL....to watch Dad's best buddy, Uncle Robert, perform...... this was like KL'S version of WOMAD FESTIVAL here in S'pore...... but somehow i think theirs is WAYYY much better.....

Once u reach the top floor of the KL TOWER...u're handed this High-Tech gadget tat will be like ya personal guide....pretty cool stuff.....it even tells u wat to look out for from the particular window panel tat u're at.....

Sorry fellas...i cldn't finish posting the pics the other day....so here's part two.....Trust me ya all....i ain't DONE yet.....LONG way to go...............
It was a freakin sunny day...tat wld explain why mum cldn't keep her eyes open coz it was too glaring....anyway....Not too far from Petronas Tower is the KL Towers...u can see tat in this pic.....and i believe tat the building towards the right is like the Headquarters for the Malaysian Bank...
