There's a BRIGHT side to certain things.....
Working 6 days a week......, wearing makeup and standing for more than 8 hrs on heels sure ain't a piece of cake at ALL.....!!!!!!! It's been a crazy month since i started work. It's really a real MAD CAP world out there. I was indeed living in a blissful bubble (*whether or nt i wanna admit it*) and now that my parents have bursted it for me and threw me OUT THERE into the lion's den.... i'm scared stiff ya'll......Big girls don't cry.... or so Fergie sings a songs abt it.... but ya know wat... though i'm a grown ASS girl... sometimes u just can't fight the tears no more & you'll most definitely wanna burst into tears when u reach a certain boiling point. That's how i feel sometimes at work.... It's tough....& like my dad says it...in the first place who ever said life's goin to be easy anyway.... Well papi.... u're soo freakin right. I've got to say tat i'm learning the ropes of being a tough chick and facing challenges head on. Moreover working in the line of work i am in right now... boy!! i tell u.... u really need to have a super uber bloody thick skin or else you'll wanna run out the front door of the hotel in a heartbeat.... yesh pple.... it's a BITCHY world out there these days... or sld i say it's a much Bitchy-er world there then b4.... LOL
However.... for every couple of bad things tat happens.... somewhere along the way...God decides to cheer me. Like there are times at work where i get to enjoy the perks of being in the front line. Like the one time when i got on the Guest list of Sugar Ray and they invited us for SINGFEST.... man i tell u!! even those we aren't Sugar Ray fans will instantly fall in LOVE with all of em la.... esp Mark Mcgrath... coz he's just soooooo damn charming......ahhhh...They might be hardcore ROCKERS.. but they are all soo down to earth and very friendly... Plus i even got a chance to meet Cyndi Lauper and Shaggy!!! The one band that had their damn nose literally way up in the air was GYM CLASS HEROS.......

Back in seconday sch days... my fav band member wasn't Mark.. it was Murphy Karges.. who plays bass in the band... I like him coz he's like the soft-spoken/ cool dude in the band... And trust me he still is.... ahhh....

HiGhWaY To BLooD, SwEaT & TeArS....
It's been a lil too long since i've spoken to ALOT of friends and i know i've neither updated my blog posts.... Yesh!! i'm very aware of that...but pretty please with sugar on top, i've been soo FREAKING busy with work that i barely have time to even call some of ya'll..........If you haven't heard by now...yuppers... Ms Rena found another job in the hotel line. It's yet another one of my so-called dream job that've always wanted to venture into.... But trust me ya'll....... it's been one hell of a rollercoaster ride man!! It's a freakin DOG EAT DOG world out there....... and i realise that i've to fine tune my attitude accordingly.... which ain't quite a good thing though.....
I recall my darlin Deb sayin tat i've changed alot lately and i felt really scared when she said tat... coz i don't wanna lose the essence of the REAL me.... you guys all know how i behave and the mannerisms that has been nurtured in me... but i do fear that somehow i will turn into someone that i'm NOT.... it's really really scaring the living the DAYLIGHTs out of me....
But nonetheless.... the good thing is that i'll have YOU... my beloved friends... who will surely knock me in the head if i ever do anything stupid.... at least i'll have you guys to look out 4 me.... THANK GOD for all of you man.......
Aite gotta go............ my feet is terribly swollen and i've soo many freakin medications to take.... Wat a bummer..........
